Chloe had calmed down mostly by the time Ben came outside, and once his arms were around her, she was all smiles again. "Hey~." She looked up at him with a grin. "Tell me you didn't see much of that." She had to have a sense of humor about it. "Oh, and before you say anything, this isn't your fault." Chloe and her mother had never gotten along, and this situation was just adding gasoline to a fire. But Chloe was happy, and that happiness was what led to her father allowing it. To Chloe, the age didn't matter; she loved Ben, plain and simple.
